Sunday School
Children aged 4 and older enjoy playing and learning together in the cosy Fireside Room. Children are dropped off before the 10:00 service begins, and our Sunday School and nursery children go together to the church to receive the Eucharist or a blessing. Our Gospel based curriculum includes a lesson, craft and an activity bulletin each week. Sunday School is in session from September to June.
Nursery Care
Infants and toddlers are welcomed by our experienced and loving caregivers in the bright and colourful nursery. Care is available all through the 10:00 service, from September to June.
Annual Events
Christmas Eve Pageant
For many years, the 7:00 pm service has featured the children and youth presenting the Gospel as a Nativity Pageant. This is a highlight for everyone in the congregation and has even included a ‘real’ Baby Jesus for many years.
Youth Sunday
One Sunday during the month of June, the children and teens take over the 10:00 am service, working together to share the readings, prayers, music and a dramatic presentation of the Gospel.
Lunch with Santa
This much loved annual family event has been held following the 10:00 service on the last Sunday of November or the first Sunday of December. A yummy lunch, treats, prizes and that all important visit with Santa are all included.
